1. Masuk ke registry editor====>start=>run=>ketik regedit
2. carilah key berikut:
* HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
3. buat string ini:
LegalNoticeCaption = Warning!!!(untuk header)
LegalNoticeText = Komputer lho bakal meledak(untuk pesan yang akan disampaikan)
